EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, or   equivalent preferred.

• 3-5 years or more of maintenance/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.

The Reliability Engineer primary responsibilities include being knowledgeable of manufacturing processes associated with capital asset management and support equipment. Ability to develop project objectives by utilizing life cycle asset management techniques to eliminate/reduce cost. Develop proactive predictive/condition monitoring projects to reduce repair costs and extend the life of equipment assets. Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trend; recommending actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong Project Management skills; demonstrated experience managing capital projects.
• Strong data driven technical skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD.

Temp to hire 
Pay is $13-$15 DOE
Works 40 hours a week with two days off rotating.

- Will be required to be on call a few nights a week on a rotation. Paid a 1/3 of what the job is worth when working on-call after hours.
- Paid holidays, employer pays up to 3% to what employee contributes to retirement. After 1 year, week paid vacation, then after 5 years, two weeks paid vacation.
- Very low turnover. Family owned and operated for 30+ years. 
- CDL Class 1, 2, or 3 certification a plus.
- Must have automobile mechanical experience (they do have a service truck that would require them to help with roadside assistance) some duties would be: changing tires, installing new batteries, running diagnostics, and unlocking vehicles.

Heavy Equipment Operator

Fort Smith, AR

Seeking Heavy Equipment Operator for a great local company!

The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate several types of power construction equipment such as a dozer, backhoe, plow, trencher, cranes, shovels, tractors, scrapers, and directional boring. 

This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience working with directional boring. 
Experience with other Heavy Equipment Machinery is a plus 
Must be open to travel in Arkansas and Oklahoma based on job location.

Duties include (but are not limited to): 

  • Ground engagement tooling for directional drills, track trenchers, concrete cutters

  • Directional boring experience and drilling/utility locate experience Some diagnostic duties and troubleshooting with basic mechanic experience

  • Operating or locating for a Directional Bore Machine.

 

Requirements: 

  • 1 year experience directional boring

  • Basic mechanical skills

  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs

  • Clean driving record & current valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to pass drug screen & background check

  • Available to work some weekends during peak times

Experience and Qualifications:
