Tammy O'Dell
Tammy has been with Snelling Personnel since May of 1987. After graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, she began her career working for her parents as a recruiter and sales rep.
Her family, Bill Faught and the late Barbara Faught, sold the Snelling Franchise to Tammy in 2005 and she has kept the success going from there!
With over 30 years of recruiting experience, Tammy has received many awards and accolades, including Snellings "Million Dollar Seller" award.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and amazing friends. She also enjoys hosting youth basketball tournaments in her spare time, with ESP Basketball.

Staffing & Billing Manager
Jacqui Lyle
Jacqui joined Snelling Personnel in June of 2020. As our Staffing & Billing Manager she speaks with local clients to assess their staffing needs, and then works with the team to fill them. She facilitates billing and helps the office run smoothly!
Jacqui holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Communication from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. She enjoys drawing on her iPad, reading books, playing with her cat, and spending time with her friends and family.
